The Nebraska Supreme Court affirmed a modified support award after the paying parent began selling restricted stock units that had been held during the marriage. The court found the post-decree sales, rather than a new court decision, supplied the material change in circumstances. It rejected preclusion arguments and found no abuse of discretion in counting the stock units as income on this record. The court also affirmed the district court’s discretionary retroactivity determination.
